Robotic Vision Inspection System
Robotic vision inspection system using a Fanuc LR Mate and Cognex 3D laser profiler and high resolution cameras.
Rear Axle Machine Tending
Fanuc M-900 handling heavy rear axle assemblies through several process machines with vision orientation of the yoke.
Simulation of Robot Performing 100% Part Inspection (Animation)
This is an example of a typical robot simulation, which was completed as part of the design phase for Remtec’s Automatic Inspection System. This system features a Fanuc Robotics LRMate 200iC robot, equipped with iRVision guidance. The system uses vision to locate and pick small assemblies from totes. Once picked by the robot, the assemblies are loaded into a custom gauging station which uses a very precise Linear Variable Differential Transducer (LVDT) to determine if the assembly is within specified tolerances. Good parts are repackaged for downstream production, and bad parts are rejected.

Sheet Handling Gantry
Servo operated manipulator automatically stacks sheets of solid-surface counter material.
Dual-Robot Machine Tool Tending
Large part machine tool tending using dedicated robots with dual-part grippers to optimize machine tool load / unload times.
Wheel palletizing robotic cell
Robots work as a team to palletize finished wheels. Wheels are staged to a palletizing robot. Tray and base handling robot helps build finished pallet. Foam sheet robot places a protective layer on the face of the wheels. Remtec-engineered wheel palletizing cells can palletize up to 2500 wheels per hour in sizes from 14″ to 22″.
Vision-Assisted Robot Loads Parts to AGV Cart
Robot unloads finished-assembled shafts from assembly line and places them onto a cart pulled by an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) using machine vision guidance to find the cart and each of the positions on the cart. Shaft gears are merged on the move from the assembly line to the AGV cart.
